I feel as though this place in Plymouth deserves its own blog post. Saltram is owned by the national trust and features a house, gardens, beautiful walks and a little beach. You will find me here when I want to escape for a little while, when i'm running or showing my family round my new home.
After geocaching as a child I recently discovered it now has an app. Saltram is a great place to go geocaching, its basically a treasure hunt for all of the family were you find hidden caches. I highly recommend doing it, its so much fun. When you find the cache its really exciting.
Along the way you can follow the well signposted walks around the grounds. After a long walk you can sit and eat a picnic or you can stop in the café for refreshments, they do a vegan sorbet which I highly recommend.
